Commercial Fire Loss: Restaurant

This Hempstead restaurant experienced significant fire damage to their kitchen after a grease fire. This job required major effort to restore the equipment in order to re-open for business. The most common starts for these fires are food left unattended on the stove top or a fire started by flammables getting too close to the flame.
